Dogcather Politics & social reform

Lately the dogcatcher has been bringing Rocky home. it's been putting a lot of stress on me. I've been telling him that I'm going to have to leave Spokane. I'm leaving Spokane,  I'm moving,  Looking in the Tri cities. What am i to do ?  It will be the death of me.  I'm 71, I like my little house, my small shady front yard and my apple tree.  last yr gave me 1 apple
